Citroën After-Sales Incentive

When Citroën wanted an intranet application to support their innovative new after-sales incentive scheme, they turned to Judd Associates for expert web development.

Often, too much emphasis is put on sales incentive schemes, but of course, excellent after-sales service increases the likelihood of a further sale when the customer buys their next car.

Understanding this, Citroën launched an innovative and engaging after-sales incentive scheme, designed to reward dealerships and employees who demonstrated excellence in after-sales service.

Citroën needed a robust, reliable web application to support this exciting initiative, to:

  • promote the scheme to thousands of employees in the UK
  • calculate rewards due based on raw data supplied in Excel format by some 250 dealerships

Judd Associates provided consultancy to Citroën to develop a functionality brief, then built the application using PHP programming and a MySQL database.

The application has been a huge success, facilitating improved service standards, and improving the chances of repeat business, within the Citroën dealership network.
